We are a family on the go, and when it comes to feeding my kids, our favorite go-to breakfast and snack is our homemade recipes using our squeeze pouches! These squeeze pouches are so easy to grab and go! Store-bought pouches can get pricey nowadays, so we make our own at home using our squeeze pouch station. I can puree fruits and veggies, fill them myself, and control all the ingredients.
This recipe can be modified accordingly for children six months and up. My daughter's favorite food right now is bananas. She could eat bananas morning, noon, and night. Ingredients: 1 cup Full Fat Greek yogurt (such as Cabot® or Fage®) 1 avocado - peeled, pitted 1 banana, quartered Optional: Honey Directions:
